Rates (from $1,250 per person, based on double occupancy) include all these bundled features:

– Six nights' accommodation at Embassy Suites, Dallas/Frisco (room only; incidentals on own, credit card will be requested upon check-in). Check-in Tuesday, April 12; check-out Monday, April 18 (These spacious suites can accommodate up to four persons.)

– Exclusive conferences given by Michael Voris on the theme of HOLY WEEK

– Daily Mass, eucharistic exposition and benediction

– Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

– Daily Rosary and Lauds (Liturgy of the Hours morning prayer)

Single occupancy — $1,800 (10% DEPOSIT = $180)

Double occupancy —  $1,250 per person (10% DEPOSIT = $125 per person)

Triple occupancy — $1,100 per person (10% DEPOSIT = $110 per person)

Quadruple occupancy — $1,020 per person (10% DEPOSIT = $102 per person)

RETREAT ONLY (reception, lunches and breaks, Easter brunch included; no breakfast; no hotel accommodations) — $825 per person (10% DEPOSIT = $82.50)

Can't come for the entire Retreat? (no breakfast; no hotel accommodations) — $175/day per person 

 

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION.

CANCELLATION / PENALTY POLICY: 

-- Full refund (75 days or more before retreat; Jan. 27 or prior)

-- 10% fee (deposit amount; 45–74 days before retreat; Jan. 26–Feb. 26)

-- 25% fee (29–44 days before retreat; Feb. 27–March 14)

-- 50% fee (15–28 days before retreat; March 15–March 28)

-- 75% fee (within 14 days of retreat; March 29–April 12)

You may inquire with travel insurance companies, e.g., Travel Guard or Allianz, regarding coverage.

Transportation to/from Dallas, Texas 

Transportation to/from airport to hotel in Frisco (options TBD at a later date)

Any meals on travel days (Tuesday, April 12 or Monday, April 18), except Tuesday evening reception

Beginning immediately after Mass, the Blessed Sacrament will be reposed in the tabernacle in the Adoration chapel for private prayer and meditation for the duration of the Retreat.

CONFESSION available throughout the Retreat during breaks, Q&A sessions, and by appointment with the priest.

6–7 p.m. Procession to adoration chapel, aka Gethsemane Garden (same 12 disciples sit with Our Lord during first hour)
